During UNESCO’s 5th International Conference ministers and senior officials responsible for sport in all corners of the world met in Berlin to discuss key issues facing the role of sport in the life of nations, societies and individuals.
The result was the Berlin Declaration which called for follow-up meetings to discuss specific agenda items in order to develop implementable and resilient policies.
We contributed to The Pathfinder Project—an initiative developed and launched by West Nally to stimulate, focus and record the broadest and most credible possible debate into the future of sports and its relationship with society, health, education, media, technology, commerce and, of course, government.
